    I think the sign intended to say that a person who hears the dog barking should not run away because the dog doesn’t bite…

    I think the fail is in that we’re not really sure what the sign is saying…we can guess, but it’s not clear.

    @Tom: I think that’s what the meaning is, it seems to be a quite popular saying wherever this sign was written which, based on the curvy handwriting, is probably somewhere in Southeast Asia.

    But…but…it’s actually apostrophicated correctly…how does that happen with non-English speakers when we can’t get people with well over a decade of English instruction to do it right?

    They are forced to learn perfect English in most Asian countries… Sadly we let our youth slouch =/

    Not running when dog’s barking doesn’t bite? No shit. It doesn’t bite when dog’s not barking either. Epic discovery.
