   Yep, definitely Photoshop. There isn’t a shadow on the letters.

   not photoshopped leters dont have shadow cause its painted on the road theres nothing there to cast a shadow

   Tim, Courtney is talking about the shadow from the stop sign not being cast on the letters. the letters magically are immune to shadows. = photoshop
