    Yes, but mostly for lacks of accent marks. Bano and the second esta.

    Yes, the spanish is wrong, and its the first Esta that should be Este.

    Very, very wrong. “Este baño está equipado con una estación para cambiar de pañales” is much more correct. Obviously, many of the grammar problems are in accent marks, which are an essential part of Spanish. The first word is also wrong, a adjective not matching the gender of the noun it modifies, followed by the incorrect verb form of cambiar. A little Spanish 101 for you!

    Lower case ‘r’ in ‘Restroom’ (like the ‘b’ in baño)
    Period at the end of a sentence
    Same goes for the braille
