Lawd, I hate misused quotation marks as emphasis. Come on, “people,” there are “asterisks” and “underlines” and “putting something in a different color” or “bolding”. Why must you torture me so?
Just incase you don’t see the hilarity of the statement, if put said words inside of quotations, verbally reassure yourself by reading it with such quotated (?) parts in a sarcastic tone. Using little hand signs works fine, too.
