   Lol, this is hilarious. It was very real where I live because when several (3 or 4 I think) hurricanes swept by my neighborhood in less than a year, people started to dump their crap on the side of the boulevard. They did eventually put up the ‘No Dumping’ signs, but it didn’t really help. They’re still up to this day, and for some reason, dogs keep breaking the law.
