I agree with the first two commenters: It doesn’t count, because ICHC is all about getting spelling and grammar wrong.
The mistake is not not consistent with the rest of it. I agree with Ginevra; if they’d been using LOLspeak, it would’ve looked more like her example.

Sorry but not every lol on sites like ICHC has consistently incorrect grammar, spelling etc. Thats kinda the point, these are cats (or dogs, badgers or in this case, deer) talking here.
Personally as a huge lolcats fan, I find the overdone stereotype of lolspeak such as Ginevra listed as an example to be way, way less funny than the judicious use of incorrect english, such as in this image.
Either way, sites like that are completely exempt from englishfailness because they are never going to be word perfect.
