   This is a perfect excuse to go in and swipe a bit of frosting before anyone sees you.

   In some countries, “community service” is a light penalty applied to non-violent criminals – I read this as congratulating those who got away with their crime without having to spend time in jail : ~

   Where I’m from, “community service” is never, ever, followed by “winner.” It is certainly not something one would get a cake to celebrate either.
