   As long as we keep buying crap from China, they will have less and less of an incentive to even bother trying to translate instructions and warnings into English. Soon it will just be Chinese characters on the packaging, and then it won’t be as funny.

   My new scooter’s instructions are numbered in Kanji. No joke.

   Which reminds me, I really need to scan that and send it in. It’s so bad I could pick any page of the manual, assembly instructions, battery use warning or parts manual and be almost guaranteed an epic English fail. It’s BAD.

    What I think it means is, the ink is permanent (THE ADHERE IS STRONG), and to close the lid tightly (THE ATTENTION TO COVER TO SEAL COMPLETELY THE COVER.), or the marker will dry out very fast (THE OIL SOON DRY ), and that it can be used on smooth surfaces (THE ANY AND SMOOTH SURFACE CAN WRITE). Could just be me though.
