   Actually, many groups of people who live on the shore of a small lake or pond often hold “weeding parties” to pull weeds that are growing in the water or close along the shore. This action boosts the appearance of the area and helps keeps the water oxygenated due to less decomposing plant matter, preventing fish kills, sediment buildup, and filthy water (and they can have fun doing it)…but that doesn’t make up for this fail because no one would hold a weeding party in an auditorium.
