Hey, looks like German “wacht” (pronounced “vakht”) to me. Don’t remember what it means, though…been a long time since I took German. ><
Babelfish says “wacht” means “is awake”. “Is awake out” doesn’t make any sense, either. It’s an English AND German fail! Heheheh…
This would be win if it were on the deck of someone’s yacht.
If they would have crossed those existing marks to make the “h”, it would have been such a creative fail.
