·the I in WIRELES is upside down (or reversed)
·both Ts in INTERNETS are reversed
·the first E in INTERNETS is upside down AND reversed
·the S in INTENETS is, like the W in WIRELES rotated 180°
Well, it’s more than just the shading. For the upside-down E and S, the letters are unbalanced, with the less substantial sections on the bottom. Just as distracting as the vertical outer legs of the inverted M (=“W”).
The people at Motel6 clearly needed that extra ’s’for ‘internets’…..because they are the only people in the world that carry more than one WORLD WIDE WEB!!!Duh:)
Maybe the S fell.
Plus another pet peeve, the use of an upside-down ‘M’ instead of a ‘W’ (or vice versa).
There’s more:

·both Ts in INTERNETS are reversed
·the first E in INTERNETS is upside down AND reversed
·the S in INTENETS is, like the W in WIRELES rotated 180°
Indeed I noticed those as well, but getting the shading on the letters right is probably too much to ask for.

So, nyeh.
Seems like a joke, instead of a fail.

The Web is a different concept from the Internet. It’s correct, in some ways.
Maybe Still-President Bush is staying there. He has to have “the internets” and “the Google.”
=D
The LOLcat who put up the sign doesn’t think it’s a fail.
^ Comment win.
I just like the fact that the photo makes it look like “Motel 0″
Probably simple vandalism. Vandalism shouldn’t be on here.
