    What’s sad is that if they were short on space, they could have spelled it “omelet”. It’s an acceptable variation, like donut instead of doughnut.

    Nice hand lettering, though.

      possibly acceptable wherever you live (maybe as slang), but that’s not even correct in the French spelling!

    It’s “omelet” or “omelette”… not “omlette”. The sign-maker just wrote it like it’s pronounced. Well, sort of. In that case, it should be “omlet”.

    The picture looks more like a brown log with a couple of turds, though…
