I know people who can speak English perfectly well, yet when they actually write, it comes out looking like that. So no, it’s not obvious that English isn’t his first language.
The blog owner also did a poll a while back on so-called “Engrish” and whether it should be included in the blog or not…the consensus was that even if it’s not necessarily an English fail, if it’s hilarious it will be posted. Which this is.

It looks as if it’s a joke sign poking fun at McCain and saying how his support means nothing if you’re uneducated. Although I don’t think that was the intention.

I’d say that misspelling has nothing to do with race, Mr.Dawg. I beleive that every race is capable of producing idiots, and we will celebrate all of their failures equally.
