    Maybe they make the store policy confusing so that no one will attempt to return glady expected, unworn merchandise.

    Something tells me, that regardless of when it was purchased or if your have a receipt or not, that you’d still be able to talk these people into a refund.

    I’m pretty sure this is a case of Engrish. There’s no way an actual English speaker could make this many mistakes. At least, that’s what I’m going to believe for my own mental health.
