I wonder what exactly is encompassed in the duties of a “bratender”. Would one follow you around and make sure your straps stay on your shoulders and remain untwisted? Would one launder your bras for you? I may want to look into hiring a “bratender” for myself.
It almost looks as if someone tried getting rid of the first “y,” and that someone tried correcting the second, unnecessary “y” by saying that the letter “e” should be there.
Apparently two individuals think that “emploeees” is the right way to correct the mistake. *sighs* Correction fail. ):
Yes, I am aware that it is a spill/stain covering the first “y,” but the way in which it’s covering the letter looks very similar to the way in which they crossed out the second “y,” and therefore resembles a scribble-out.
I CORRECTED THIS!!! That scribbly above the “e” is actually a grammatical symbol meaning “remove” … I remember when one of our managers MADE this rule, walked downstairs and printed this up. Oh man, it cracked me up. Being a “bratender” just makes me feel a little more special inside … thanks Liz.
I can see how it would’ve worked in this way: “Employees are no longer allowed to sit, or run tabs, with bartenders.”
Clearly this is the work of an employee who has been running at tab at the bar. Maybe next time just don’t be so literal with the translation.

I wonder how many people are lining up for the position of “bratender.”

Also, notice that bartenders is inexplicably capitalized.
The “Fail” is getting fancier
