It seems that it would be NY, because that is where he died, but ‘domiciled’ means where he actually had residence. Although, I wonder if this question requires knowledge of residency. For instance, to vote somewhere in my state you need to reside at that residence for 30 days. I wonder if under any issues like this if Jack would still be considered domiciled in NY.

the answer is MANHATTAN. the NJ apt has no heat, so he went back to MANHATTAN to sleep cuz theres HEAT, although he has nothing to sleep on.
