Certain kinds of machines make *great* friends, but it’d be annoying if they had emotions.

You mean you wouldn’t want a vibrator that had emotions?

      Freak!

Personally, I think it’d only be freakish if she wanted a vibrator *with* emotions.

I’m still stuck on the first two words… “wondering up?” Did this person get confused by the difference between wondering and winding up?

Or perhaps it was meant to be ‘upon’? Similar to the mistake in the bottom entry where they have written ‘upto’ rather than ‘up to’.

Okay, in no way am I defending this ludicrous discussion, but I feel (no, I’m not a robot!!) that some things, like Myspace or Facebook, should not be judged as harshly. I mean it’s one thing to have a sign drawn up and made and put on the building without anyone noticing it reads KID SEX CHANGE, but it is another thing to hastily type up a comment on Facebook. If we are allowing Facebook, we would have to allow about 90% of the groups on there based on their titles alone (examples: ♥ I Was killin’ muhfuckas even as a shorty ♥ ~ThIs Is WhY iM hOt~, T@LKIN B0UT D@T DUMP TRUCK, 30 things 2 do if you NO your going 2 fail your exams). And any group discussion inevitably turns into the “RATE DA PERSON ABOVE U-HOT R NOT?” thread.

All that aside, these people are still failures for their thoughts on robots….

C’mon. We owe the English Language our loyalty even in quick conversations.

this is no more a fail than the LOL speak I see all the time at icanhascheezburger.

It’s a mangled english grammar and spelling that is medium to impossible to read. it’s more of a dialect than a FAIL

WOW, they need to work on their english before discussing robots.

On that discussion my friend said something interesting. What is the difference between our bundles of protein that pass electricity through our body and a bundles of wires that pass electricity through a computer?

“What is the difference between our bundles of protein that pass electricity through our body and a bundles of wires that pass electricity through a computer?”

What is the difference between your friend’s protein, and that of a lovely chunk of meat?

What’s the difference between this and the content on almost every message board on the internet? I mean, yeah, it’s full of typos, but have you looked at the comments on Youtube?

    Maybe I’m missing something…?

A robot can emote – all they have to do is connect to the internet and type a post with emotes in it
