Submissions

November 2nd, 2008

Hey Everyone!

This is just a little update about submissions. Every day I receive several upon several photo submissions, and I do my very best to get as much as I can of them featured on the blog, but sometimes it’s simply not possible. What happens is your email moves off of the first page in a matter of 2-3 days and basically gets “buried” in a pile of hundreds of emails.

So basically what I’m getting at here, if your picture hasn’t been featured on the blog yet, please don’t hesitate to email the picture to me again. That way it’ll appear on the front page of my email account and I’ll have a fresh look at it.

So yeah, this won’t guarantee that your picture will get featured, but it will definitely increase the chances. It also helps that your picture is more than just a plain, ordinary everyday typo. The ones that are unique are more likely to make it on the blog.

Thanks, and remember to subscribe if you haven’t already!! ;)

Hmm… I think this will just increase your email count, telling people to send you the same emails they have already sent. But, fine, if you don’t mind, I will resend my most recent submission.

Why not move the processed submissions so older ones may re-appear later when there are less fails

You’re just asking for spam right there.
