Everything about this label is making me nauseous. English fail aside, who really wants to eat anything called a Pork Fat Back? WHAT EVEN IS IT?!?!??

It’s a cut of meat used to make lard and some food (food is used loosely here) like cracklins/cracklings and to flavor stews and vegetables.

I’ve also heard it referred to as “fatbacon” because some people use it like bacon.
