   Actually, this one is really lovely, because there are so many fails and yet Jeff remained courteous and upbeat throughout. Or is that threw out? When one considers the language used by so many people nowadays, I feel he was quite restrained. Punctuation would have been nice, but I feel he deserves points for his demeanour.
