Yep – I can see the fail here quite clearly. Who would order a pizza with only one topping?

    • pannonica on January 25th, 2009 at 4:04 pm

More significantly, who would order a “pizza” from Domino’s?

Haha “cada una,” what a fail!!!

wait… I thought this was “English Fail.”

Ha! But my favorite part is how it’s good this week only, but it expires in two weeks. And has no actual date on it. This thing could be good for YEARS for all we know. Plenty of time for someone to have proofread it first.

I sent this one in and wondered about an expiration date too. I looked all over the coupon and couldn’t find one.

And yes, the randomly placed period is the whole reason I sent it in.

Plus the random William Shatneresque period in the beginning: Do not miss out. on this great deal call now!

    • fpelayo on January 25th, 2009 at 8:48 pm

Yeah, that’s the main fail to me too. Meanwhile, there should’ve been some punctuation separating “Two 10″ Pizzas” and “One Topping Each.”

  5. PERIOD. on January 25th, 2009 at 6:56 pm

I was hoping. that someone would point out the incorrectly placed. period

If. I keep. typing like. this I. think. I. will. get. suck. typing. periods. after. each. word.

    damn. it.

I read this in William Shatner’s voice haha

“I do not speak like. Every. Word. Is. Its. Own…. Sentence!” ;-)

(yes, that was a reference to a WS standup bit mocking the “I am Canadian” campaign).

I see. absolutely no. issues with. this lovely. piece of art.

  7. Katie on January 25th, 2009 at 10:23 pm

Who needs commas when. you can just use many periods throughout. the sentence.

  8. Metalnoir on January 26th, 2009 at 11:53 am

Well, the bad period-placement is not a technical fail, but it is awkward as all heck. It’s as if it was by Yoda written.

And All Of The Unnecessary Capitalization Is Irksome.

    • Michael on January 28th, 2009 at 12:53 pm

It’s not a technical fail? What is it, a figurative fail?

  9. Red on January 26th, 2009 at 4:34 pm

Anything with Spanish is just an English fail in thinly veiled disguise.

Dominos coupons help you really save a ton of money and feed those late night

hunger urges. I am a big fan of pizza in almost any form, but there is something

special about the late night variety. I love Dominos because you know that you

can pick up the phone at midnight and have a fresh, hot pizza delivered to your

door in minutes. Ever since their class “Avoid The Noid” marketing campaign, I

have been enjoying delicious pies. They were real pioneers when it came to

revolutionizing pizza delivery, and now with their new recipe and new

ingredients, they can still pack a punch in the rectangular shaped cardboard

    box.
