I noted that on an earlier FAIL entry. I suggested that if someone is writing in a language which is not entirely familiar to them, they should perhaps seek the assist of someone who is reasonably fluent and literate in it. I was told that it boils down to a matter of pride. They are so proud in their perceived skill with the second language that they pass on getting the advice of someone who is actually knows something. Sad.
