   I couldn’t find anything terribly wrong, but then I got to “know points”. How can someone make THAT mistake??
   (I presume “My stable” is a brand name…)

     Pretty sure she’s saying chicken is her “staple.”

     At least that’s what I concluded.

     I’m guessing that “my stable” is intended to be “my staple”, which is in itself a misuse (staple meaning “necessary commodity for which demand is constant” being incorrectly used to mean something which is regular and reliable).
