   These mysterious “Someones That Sign Leases” can only be found by looking deep inside your heart and following the path to the center of the earth. Locate the STSL and bring him/her back. Should you succeed, we will allow you to rent here.*

   *Must have STSL with you. Dead, injured or otherwise maimed STSL’s will not be accepted. One STSL per person per apartment.

   Frig. If I live in an apartment complex that posted a sign like that, they’d have another “vacancay” coming up as soon as I saw it.
