   Where exactly is the fail here?

   Haircuts for women always cost more than for men, because most women aren’t happy with “short top, sides and front”

     I think it’ll be somewhere in Slovakia given that the prices are in Euros (€).

     It’s from Slovenia, I submitted it. And if I don’t cut them any slack, neither should you
     Although I did google “straiting” and it has quite a lot of hits…

       “Straiting” is not a real fail? Seriously? After you put that bottle down pick up a dictionary.

   Depending on where you come from, UK English would be Colouring, but as US English is Coloring I can’t really call that one a fail! (Unless the sign is destined for the UK?)
