beet should be beat to be consistent with the other verbs related to cooking. took me a minute for it to sink in since that’s the first word that i read.
Well spotted Nini – I was still working my way through trying to read the words themselves. Beet and marinade are nouns, and beet and beat are homophones. This is an interesting fail[ure].

I was under the impression that “beet” was the theme and all the other words were ways of preparing it.
I watch it – you crack me up.
Wait… I think those are all action words. Does marinade fit in these? Just a wild guess, it’s supposed to be marinate…
I noticed that too.
Ha! Hey, I *beet* my food all the time. I’m all, “This is missing something…beets! Gotta beet that casserole!”

I don’t know… that’s a pretty picky fail. “Beet” and “marinade” are still food-related words…
I don’t think it’s picky. If they had other nouns on there, then yeah, that would be picky.
But to think they all of a sudden said, “Hey, we have all these action words, how about putting a vegetable on there? How about beet?”
No. They meant beat. And marinate.
I think they are just beeting around the bush. They should be more carrotful!
But not nese celery
