   Coleslaw can be found as Cole Slaw also.

   But the general prose is fine and this is just nitpicking.

     I expect Coney sauce is named for Coney Island, New York, which is an amusement park. It is also famous for its hot dogs.

    A Sport Pepper is a type of pepper found on a Chicago hot dog. They’re damn good and yes they’re real.
