I can excuse the upside-down M. In a past life, I worked a job in which one of my duties was to sort through letters and arrange the text for signs such as this one; and letters dissappear with incredible regularity. The apostrophe and resulting possessive noun, though, will cause me to exhale fire upon their pathetic little sign, causing it to melt and burn.
