Is “maintenance” the landlord’s 10 year old nephew?

Ali :Residents: Please leave your boxes open when you put them down.

ROFL that is what they are saying :D! I feel the need to type this letter in proper English. (without all of those horrible fails)

    Residents:
Please don’t send boxes down the trash chute. It will back up the regular trash. Instead, break your boxes down and leave them in the trash room.
    Thank you,

    Maintenance
    (that helped my brain :D)
