    the quotation marks are superfluous because the label on the bag is a factual statement, not a quotation.
    The belongings of a patient are the patient’s belongings.

    where I live, it would be a Medical “Centre”, but we must allow the colonists to have their strange New World foibles….

    more worryingly, how are you expected to write on a polythene bag?
