    FYI: The quotation marks are not as stupid as they seem. In Spanish, quotation marks denote emphasis, much like italics do in English. Sure, it’s an error in English, but that’s likely not the native language of the person who approved the sign.

    A misunderstanding, sure, but not an example of stupidity.

    If there is “no” parking does that mean like… “No parking ::wink wink nudge nudge::” as in parking here if you are in the loop.
