   This isn’t necessarily a fail, since limo is the shortened version of limousine, and taxi is the shortened form of taxicab (though they are both words in their own right I guess) so the apostrophe can denote the missing letters. I’m sure they weren’t thinking that when they wrote the signs though so probably still a massive fail!
